The HANACS is a UK registered (Companies House Reg: 08626011) not for profit company with charitable objectives, with the it's constitutional
'Objects' specifying North India, Bhutan, and beyond Pan-Himalayan lands in addition to Nepal; and in Europe specifically covering the UK, and the Republic of Ireland, and beyond, with reference to Western Europe and other West European English-speaking lands, which beyond Ireland, and the UK, includes Malta.
The HANACS also links to Republic of Ireland/EU, Nepal, India, other countries registered organisations and companies providing HANACS supportive services and activities, and with appropriate, relevant goals and values and ethics (equality and inclusion, and anti-discrimination).
